Order & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?


         All products are made to order at one of our production facilities. Production to actual shipping time is typically within 1 week. Once shipped, the product arrives within 5 business days. We occasionally experience delays due to the pandemic. If it's been over 2 weeks since you placed an order and have yet to receive an update, contact us immediately.

         Is my payment safe?

        Yes. Our checkout is SSL Encrypted and meets PCI Level 1 compliance to ensure your payment is processed securely and swiftly.

        Do you ship internationally?

        We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.Generally, If you can checkout, then we can ship to your country.Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

        How do I track my order?

        When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. (Gmail files under promotions) Click on "Track my Shipment" to view your tracking updates and all order information.You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status

        *Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

        ** Some orders may be completed with multiple packages with Tracking

        The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

        We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. 

        Please note that some of our items are available for a limited time only and will be noted as such in the product description. Limited time items may or may not return in the future.

         

        Shipping & Returns

         

        What is your return policy?

        SpawnKilled does not accept returns. But If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at Support@spawnkilled.net detailing your issue. We will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and may issue a full or partial refund and/or store credit. This is handled on a case by case basis
